Where do your products ship from?
We partner with a curated network of vetted manufacturers and fulfillment hubs across the US, EU, and Asia. Each toy is shipped directly from the warehouse closest to its production source that's how we keep prices fair and quality high. Your order confirmation will tell you exactly which hub your toy is leaving from.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days within the United States. All orders ship from our US warehouse and include a tracking number sent within 48 hours of dispatch. We currently only ship within the US.
Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also log into your Toylvia account anytime to see real-time updates on every order from "preparing" to "out for delivery."
What if my package arrives damaged or never shows up?
We've got you covered. If tracking shows your package as lost, delayed beyond 30 days, or arriving broken, contact us immediately. We'll either reship the order at our cost or issue a full refund whichever you prefer. Lost-in-transit claims are typically resolved within 5 business days.

Safety & Quality

Are your toys safe and certified for kids?
Absolutely child safety is non-negotiable. Every supplier in our network must provide CE, CPSIA, ASTM F963, or EN71 certification before being listed on Toylvia. We routinely sample products and reject any item that doesn't meet age-appropriate safety standards. Each product page lists the recommended age range.
How do you choose the toys you sell?
Every product is hand-picked by our curation team based on safety certifications, material quality, age appropriateness, and play value. We reject hundreds of items for every one we list if it wouldn't pass for our own kids, it doesn't make the cut.
Are the materials non-toxic?
Yes. We require all listed toys to be free from BPA, phthalates, lead, and other restricted substances. Plush toys use hypoallergenic fabrics and wooden toys use child-safe paints and finishes.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any unused item in its original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items? We'll send a free replacement or full refund no questions asked. Just email us with a photo and your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing toylvia.store@gmail.com. After that window, your order moves into fulfillment and we may not be able to make changes but we'll always do our best to help.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return (or approve a damaged-item claim), refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically appear on your card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Are there any extra shipping fees?
We only ship within the United States, so there are no international customs or duties to worry about. All orders are delivered domestically with no additional fees.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant gateways your payment info is never stored on our servers.
Why are some prices lower than big retailers?
Because we ship directly from the source. By cutting out warehouses, middlemen, and traditional retail markups, we pass those savings straight to families. The same trusted brands and quality without the inflated price tag.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never see or store your card details. All payments run through PCI-DSS compliant processors with end-to-end encryption and 3D Secure authentication where supported.

Gifts & Special Requests

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Yes! At checkout, you can add a personalized gift message and select premium gift wrapping for a small fee. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or surprise deliveries we'll never include a price tag in gift orders.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing?
Definitely. At checkout, simply uncheck "Same as billing" and enter the recipient's address. Great for sending gifts directly to family or friends.
