Late or Lost Deliveries
Your money is 100% safe with Toylvia.
- Order hasn't arrived?Contact us at toylvia.store@gmail.com if your parcel is past its estimated delivery window.
- Confirmed lost parcelsYou'll receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Change of Mind: Free Returns
Changed your mind? We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unusedProducts need to be unopened and in their original packaging.

- Full refund issuedOnce we receive and inspect your item, a full refund is sent to your original payment method.
