1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

We accept refund or return requests within 30 days of delivery if: 

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The order did not arrive within the expected time frame.

To start a return or refund, please email toylvia.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) so our team can review your case.


2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or your product is damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.


3. Late or Lost Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at toylvia.store@gmail.com.
Your money is 100% safe, if your parcel is confirmed lost, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.


4. Change of Mind (Free Returns)

If you change your mind after receiving your order, no worries, we offer free returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Simply contact us at toylvia.store@gmail.com and our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification once it’s completed.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, please wait until delivery and contact us for a return or refund as above.
